4 out of 5 stars Pretty Good   January 6, 2009
I have not worked out in almost a year so I'm a little rusty but level 1 killed me! I gave it 4 stars because I do see myself getting bored with it. I have been doing tae bo for 8 years and it is still my favorite but I'm pressed for time and needed a change. If you're unsure about this video I recommend buying it at collage video because you can return it if you don't like it!

5 out of 5 stars Lose Weight Feel Great   January 6, 2009
I used the DVD through the holidays. I stayed motivated to eating better and working out everyday. They say the average person gains 7-10 lbs over the holidays. By using this DVD I did not gain 1 lb. I look forward to the continued use of the DVD to lose weight throughout this year. I would recommend it to any and everybody. There are 3 different levels. It starts pretty easy (but you still sweat) and gets very difficult. It is a workout designed to kick your butt everytime. TRY IT!

5 out of 5 stars If you are more than 50 pounds overweight...   January 6, 2009
This DVD offers a great exercise if you are in a good shape. Jillian is a tough trainer and her routine is hard. However, if you are more than 50 pounds overweight, some of the exercise might be hard on your knee. My advice is to use the modified exercise. If you can't do the 20 minutes, start easy and build up from there. It's better to start easy and gradually improve your intensity than to push hard for the entire exercise, injured yourself and stop altogether.

5 out of 5 stars Definitely worth the money!   January 5, 2009
I bought this DVD after being a fan of the Biggest Loser, and Jillian definitely delivers. Even though each workout is only 20 minutes, I'm always dripping with sweat by the time it's over. Prior to getting this DVD, I had already lost 50 pounds (less than 40 more to go), so I was at a pretty decent fitness level by the time I started 30 Day Shred. That said, I wouldn't really recommend this DVD for someone who is new to working out. If you're already at an average/intermediate fitness level, this will definitely add some spice to your routine.

5 out of 5 stars Oh My God!   January 5, 2009
I have tried some Fitness DVD before and I think that by far this is the most challenging one! By the time I finished I was soaked in sweat and absolutely exhausted. Today was my first day and I am ready to be in pain tomorrow!! If you are really serious about shedding those unwanted pounds you should buy this DVD! Jillian Michaels is absolutely awesome!

3 CHEERS FOR SHAAK Ti
Shaak it is the most favoritable jedi between qui-gon jinn and Yoda, well in my opinion. Shaak ti has brought us so many things, and techincally started the rebellion. Shaak ti's death was neccesary for Ghent Starkiller to influence the rebellion. Shaak
